Delete Your Data

You have full control over your data. Here's how to request deletion.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to support@listerpilot.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your ListerPilot account.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your ListerPilot account and login credentials
  • All stored Etsy listing data and optimization history
  • Keyword banks and SEO analysis results
  • Push queue history and analytics data
  • Any workspace or team membership data

What We Cannot Delete

We cannot delete data that exists on Etsy's servers. Any listings, titles, descriptions, or tags that were pushed to your Etsy shop remain on Etsy. To modify or remove those, use the Etsy seller dashboard directly.

Revoking Etsy Access

You can revoke ListerPilot's access to your Etsy shop at any time, independently of data deletion:

  1. Go to your Etsy account security settings
  2. Find ListerPilot in the list of connected apps
  3. Click “Revoke Access”

After revoking access, ListerPilot can no longer read or modify your Etsy listings. You can reconnect at any time from the dashboard.

Data Retention After Deletion

After your data is deleted, we may retain anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to your account. We may also retain records required by law (e.g., billing records) for the legally required retention period.
